I have recently joined the team to provide physiotherapy and massage therapy services through Body Wise Health. I was born and bred in Christchurch and trained at Otago University. I spent 7 years overseas travelling and working in the USA and the UK before returning home in 2004.

I treat a wide variety of conditions from your traditional aches and pains, sports physio to women’s health to worksite assessments. Some areas of key interest to me are massage, manual therapy, pilates and acupuncture. I look forward to meeting you and helping out with your physiotherapy needs.
